He worked with our schedule for interior painting, as we were clearing out items from our house in preparation for moving and needed everything completed by our moving date.   I had extensive water damage to the ceiling and 1 wall in my formal dining room. After getting a few estimates, I chose Prestigiuos Plastering and Drywall to make the repairs. Mr. Kiesslings proposal was very detailed and competitive. To help me stay in budget, we decided to repair the ceiling with drywall. As the work began, Tim kept me informed every step of the way. He kept the work area very clean and finished the job within the time frame promised. I was so pleased with the way everything turned out. He did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend him to anyone

  When I called Tim for the quote he was there that day, looked at the job and gave me the estimate. When the other contractors were finished Tim showed up, put up the drywall so quickly I could not believe it he was in and out of there. We had to wait on another contractor with the fireplace install & mantel install before the texture could be applied as soon as they completed their jobs Tim was back and once again I was amazed at how fast he could create such a beautiful fireplace. He cleaned up everything when finished and followed up to make sure I was pleased with it. I highly recommend Tim, he is very skilled at what he does in making beautiful walls and etc that are different than the normal smooth look, which he does very well also after seeing some of his other work. Tim listens when you want to do something different, some of the others I talked to did not. He has repaired walls for me and those jobs were good also, completed quickly, cleaned up well and very fair pricing. I will definitely call Tim again when needed

  Overall, the guys were very responsive and neat! They came on time and worked all day. Kevin is very nice and professional. His estimate was the lowest, but we really went with him because of his personality- he wasn't pushy or over bearing and as I mentioned- responsive. At the end we decided to change a color on one window- Kevin sent someone out that week to change it for us. I was surprised they managed to complete our house in only a couple of days. The overall job is pretty good I think- with a few areas where trim/ stucco paint got on roof tiles. We are a bit concerned they may have rushed the prep work, some wood that looks like it could use some more sanding, etc. Only time will tell- I'm hoping the paint job lasts. If it does, I'll surely use them again. I have also referred some neighbors to them

  As anyone with a Sto stucco house knows, you must find an expert before you let anyone touch the house to do anything. Jonathan Gilliam is an expert with vast experience and good judgment. He was trained by an old timer, a craftsman who demanded professionalism and excellent performance. His prices for careful work are incredibly reasonable. First, Jonathan meticulously inspected the house to identify any cracks in the stucco or woodpecker damage, and the condition of caulking around windows and doors. His crew seamlessly repaired holes in two quoins and two walls and the top of the chimney caused by a pesky woodpecker. After expertly making the repairs, there was no remaining evidence of the damage.Second, a crack had appeared next to a water faucet caused by spray from the faucet and hose over the years. We were concerned that water had damaged the substructure of the wall. Jonathan opened the wall to prove to us that no damage had occurred, then repaired the crack, closed up the wall, and caulked the faucet. Again, the repair was perfect. Third, after inspecting the caulking around windows and doors, which had been done by an expert, he assured us that the work remained in perfect condition. Fourth, when the house was built, a small bulge in the stucco next to a door had not be properly "sanded." Even though it did not require any repair work, we insisted that he smooth the bulge and Jonathan obliged. Finally, his crew power washed the house and painted the trim and places where repairs had been completed. Amazingly, they were able to match the color of the stucco which had been applied 27 years ago. The power washing job resulted in no damage to the house. The house looks brand new. Unlike some contractors, Jonathan respected our concern about the crack next to the faucet and did the work himself and went out of his way to prove to us that no water damage had occurred. He has trained his crew well. His crew does excellent work, lead by a very knowledgeable foreman. So it isn't necessary for Jonathan to be present throughout the job. They completed the rest of the work beautifully. Before leaving, they installed four owls and fluttering tassels on three corners of our house and near the chimney to frighten off the woodpeckers that are besieging our neighborhood. Since then, I have not seen or heard a woodpecker

  It was very easy to set up an appt. with Doug. I called a week ahead of time - when I knew the plumbers would be finished with their work. Doug was able to work me into his schedule and was prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. He really does QUALITY work! He spent about 4 hours working in my house... and they ceilings look perfect. We had used Doug many years ago when an A/C technician fell through one of our upstairs bedroom's ceiling. He did great work then and still does now
