He came out and after trying several things, we both agreed that the reason my disposal wasn't working was because it tired out after 18 years. We had Kevin do the yard work. He was FANTASTIC. Did a superior job!!! Great guy, too, very courteous and friendly, HARD worker from the time he came until he left for the day... worked at least a week. Price wasn't bad at all. Would hire him again in a second."

One day only one person showed up & there was a language barrier. The 1st day they came to tape etc. before the painting portion. I had written down what i wanted rehung and what holes needed to be covered, as we walked around for me to show him he said that was not necessary his crew would mark everything. Well that did not happen and many mistakes were made. The assembly of cabinets mirrors lights and fan went well. A quick walkthrough was done at end. I paid in cash and asked for a receipt but have not received, have realized since some areas weren?t painted and they broke my blinds. He has not responded."

It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable. Josh didn't require money up front and I knew he was a man of his word, and he clearly knew how to handle and manage the work. Josh and his team arrived on the agreed date and completed the work in two days. They did an impressive job and made some changes that were improvements over the original installation. They also uncovered a few minor construction issues which they repaired. Josh is top of my call list!"
