They started on a Monday & finished on Friday. I didn’t stop in to check progress any at all so when I saw the house it was completely done. I was blown away. They did a fantastic job. "I requested 6 quotes from local contractors. While Patrick Stollenmaier was not the cheapest, his plan was quite detailed and added a secondary wall 6 ft in to ensure the land was usable for a raised bed garden and lawn area on the upper segment. While the start was delayed by a couple of weeks, the work done was exemplary. At 80 ft long, the crew had limited space to work but all was coordinated with me and neighbor. Some of the details included ample 'deadmen' to better secure the wall to the hillside, much gravel for adequate drainage as well as downspout drains directed to the street to drain rather than draining into neighboring yard. The crew cleaned the site daily and, when finished, spread straw and grass seed on the lawn areas and applied sufficient mulch on the garden site."
