He had all the skills to build you a house (meeting all the codes) and easily figured how to do everything we needed to remove a heating baseboard from 10 rooms , repair walls and floors, fix tile, and one bathroom and He remove a damage ceiling fan and replace it with the new one. He picked up all the necessary supplies and removed the debris. he completed every task well and quickly at reasonable cost.
