When we asked for clarification on why these properties were selected over more relevant recent sales included in our realtor?s CMA, the explanation focused more on why our home didn?t match one specific sale rather than justifying the chosen comparables - which differed significantly in age, upgrades, and size. We requested time to discuss and it was ignored. "
