My name is Steven Baldwin. I am a licensed appraiser. I do single family homes, modular homes, condos and manufactured homes. I can do conventional loans on properties that are less than $1,000,000. My fee is typically $300-$600 depending on the complexity of the property/appraisal. I cover 11 counties (Wake, Durham, Johnston, Vance, Franklin, Chatham, Orange, Granville, Lee, Cumberland, Harnett)
