"We have worked with S.M. Marshall Construction and Realty, Inc. for almost 30 years. First, they built our house in Emerald Isle, NC in 1998. Next, they did two major renovations to the property several years later. In between, they were always very helpful and accommodating with minor projects and maintenance. "This was my first round at a bathroom remodel. It all went perfectly! Wise Grove Builders did an excellent job. Super talented workmen. Builder was professional. Everyone was respectful, friendly, and neat. They did a great job. They will be the only call I make when I get ready to do my kitchen.
