"Caleb arrived on time for our appointment so I could show him the issue with our soft flooring. Though not necessary in my opinion he analyzed the issue from below which required crawling under our home. He promised a proposal and soon after he departed he submitted it via text message and I accepted it. He and his assistant arrived a few days later on time at the scheduled time and they promptly started the ‘tear out’ part of the work. They worked continuously all day long with only a short break for lunch. There were a couple of decisions I had to make that invariably occur when a remodeling job is done and he offered the pros and cons to each alternative. He identified a discovery of a load bearing wall that needed additional support and I told him to go ahead a correct that issue which he did with no additional fee. Upon completion of the work they cleaned up the work area that extended into our garage and left it cleaner than I would have expected. This was a physically demanding, dirty job and both were covered in sweat and dirt by the end of the day. Both were clearly knowledgeable of home construction and they both seemed to get satisfaction from improving our home. It is difficult to find hard working, skilled handy men like this and I am certain that I will employ Caleb with Innovation Renovation for other work in the future."

His guys WILL put two full, brush painted coats on your house and work constantly on the job until it is complete. When problems are revealed during power washing he will take pictures of the problem and send them to you if you are not at the property. His men ARE NOT jack legs.....he only employs the best. I was at the cottage for part of the project and I was pleasantly surprised at how hard and long his team would work each day. When he "suggests" a product to use...listen to him. He knows what product works in any environment. Not dirt cheap....but professional and worth every penny. A neighbor who is a retired contractor quietly monitored the project in my absence and stated that he did not know of any other company on Topsail Island who was as assiduous as Elite, and he was going to hire him for a large interior job."

Everyone was respectful, friendly, and neat. They did a great job. They will be the only call I make when I get ready to do my kitchen. When I requested a quote…Steve was the ONLY one who contacted me right away and at all…with a quote. He checked out the porch and quoted me at a very fair and decent price! He was going to come after the holiday but instead decided to send his crew today and got it taken quickly. His prices were reasonable. He continues to do the job until he does it right. He is very responsive. He is very punctual and if he is going to be late, he calls and lets you know. He is very professional. If I have anything to be done anytime, I would rely on him. It is nice to have somebody like him to help. He is going to fix the garage door for me soon. When I met him he was doing work for another house in the neighborhood and I decided to use him since my brother-in-law- was moving in close by. He did things for him and then helped me.
