"Caleb arrived on time for our appointment so I could show him the issue with our soft flooring. Though not necessary in my opinion he analyzed the issue from below which required crawling under our home. He promised a proposal and soon after he departed he submitted it via text message and I accepted it. He and his assistant arrived a few days later on time at the scheduled time and they promptly started the ‘tear out’ part of the work. They worked continuously all day long with only a short break for lunch. There were a couple of decisions I had to make that invariably occur when a remodeling job is done and he offered the pros and cons to each alternative. He identified a discovery of a load bearing wall that needed additional support and I told him to go ahead a correct that issue which he did with no additional fee. Upon completion of the work they cleaned up the work area that extended into our garage and left it cleaner than I would have expected. This was a physically demanding, dirty job and both were covered in sweat and dirt by the end of the day. Both were clearly knowledgeable of home construction and they both seemed to get satisfaction from improving our home. It is difficult to find hard working, skilled handy men like this and I am certain that I will employ Caleb with Innovation Renovation for other work in the future."

Jack Bender and his team of professionals were able to build my sunroom and pergola deck AND remodel my front porch. All work performed was outstanding and a work of art. These guys are awesome. "He is honest, prompt, and is meticulous about what he does. He is very careful and does everything in a nice manner. He sticks with us until he has finished and I am satisfied. His prices were reasonable. He continues to do the job until he does it right. He is very responsive. He is very punctual and if he is going to be late, he calls and lets you know. He is very professional. If I have anything to be done anytime, I would rely on him. It is nice to have somebody like him to help. He is going to fix the garage door for me soon. When I met him he was doing work for another house in the neighborhood and I decided to use him since my brother-in-law- was moving in close by. He did things for him and then helped me.
