I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY TRUF. ITS BEAUTIFUL! I WISH I COULD DO MORE OF IT, RICHARD,JIM,,AND THE WHOLE GROUP WERE VERY NICE,AND PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID A AWSOME JOB, IT WAS COLD,BUT THEY WORKED LIKE IT WAS WARM OUT, THANK U GUYS SO VERY MUCH, YOU ALL WILL NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH THIS MEANS TO ME, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS , THEY WORK FAST AND GOOD AT THE SAME TIME, THANKS PHILLIPS TRUF GROUP,

Initially I had a good experience with Rick, sales rep and relative to owner, and Shiloh the on-site contractor. They both understood my need to put quality turf down for my dogs and kids. We agreed that this would be installed with a focus on making sure the finishes were done at the best level with light trimmings. When the project was turned over to Rich, the owner, the project started to go south fast. It has been 4 weeks and I am unable to use my back yard. First week things were slow to start due to rain and then the crew rushed through the project with no supervision to complete quickly. After my install the crew had messed up the edges along my fence and thus were fired by Rich. Rich made changed on the project and never delivered. He was told by crew members that the lights needed to be installed properly and he told them not to do it. He told me the edges would be folded over and instead the crew cut the edge of the turf without folding it over. So then Rich had them come and patch turf over it which looks awful. . As a result even Rick quit. Apparently three other jobs were botched that were going on at the same time. The owner, Rich, has major communication issues, lies and promises and doesnâ  t deliver. BEWARE! BEWARE!! Major issues (still unresolved): - The lights are not secured and just sitting on top of the turf with wires sticking out of the ground and in the rock with nothing to secure them in place. Electrical hazard waiting to happen. - There are large gaps in between the seams where the turf should be connected - edges are jagged and unclean - boarder of the fence on one entire side was cut instead of folded as promised - not enough antimicrobial sand was brushed through. I can pickup the turf and it shouldnâ  t pull up - owner, Rich, did not do a final walkthrough with me - owner, Rich, promises to show up and doesnâ  t - owner, Rich, says he will call and doesnâ  t - Rich has not responded to emails - owner, Rich, is saying I have to hire contractors to repair their work - owner, Rich, playing he said she said games and creating friction between crew and customer - promises made not delivered - over promised and under delivered. I am extremely unhappy. I am still unable to use my backyard. No response or effort to resolve from Rich. Lost ability to get Rich to stand by his work because Rick quit and Shiloh who is is being miss treated by Rich. Rich is unable to stand by his work and is awful at communication. He thrives on drama and will not stand by his company or his word. DO NOT Use this Company. I wish I had gone with 50shadesofgreennc but thought Iâ  d bet on the underdog and really did trust Rick and Shiloh. Rich was the issue and doesnâ  t care about customer experience, service or quality. He was texting me pressuring me to send the money so he could buy a home before resolving my issues.

I didn't have any turf installed but I do have projects I wanted to use the turf on. The product samples I saw at True Value Hardware in Pinehurst NC were of great quality. I reached out to Phillip's Turf Group and they were responsive in a timely manner and they provided me with some turf that was better than what I was looking to get.
