Because I wanted the work done we scheduled for the next day. Once the technician came (40 minutes late) he looked and quoted. The quote was rather high, but again I just wanted the job done. He did do a great job installing the toilet and disposing of the old toilet so I would recommend the service, however the customer service and price were not as I hoped."
