"from start to finish every thing went well. Every one involved was professional, pleasant and easy to have in home. This work was done several years ago and kitchen counters and splash and sink still look great."

"The work was done in less than a week. Everything was left very clean at the end of each day. We were very happy about the job that was done. I called Re-Bath about a leak we had from that bathroom on Monday, Robert from the company came out today and checked everything out and determined that it was a pipe leak. Although this was not a problem with the Re-Bath products or installation, he was very friendly and very helpful with guiding me on what to do next. I am very impressed with this company's customer service!"

"Julian and Mark did a fantastic job at my home! Julian came out to do the quote the same day I contacted him to inquire about his services. I was dealing with cracking grout and tile from a faulty installation job that was done before. Julian provided me with option ranging from replacing the grout and the cracked tiles (cheapest) or replacing the tile entirely (most expensive but most guaranteed). I chose to replace the tile in its entirety since I will be renting the house out soon and I do not want the tenant to have to deal with it. Julian and Mark took their time and meticulously demolished and installed the new backer board, tile and grout. During the installation Julian discovered that my kitchen floor was not level in a couple places, he took his time to tediously level the floors so that the installation was aesthetically and structurally sound. Julian did not charge me a dime over what his estimate was even after discovering the issue with the structure. During the installation (3 days) I had to leave him and is coworker unattended in my house for several hours and I had NO ISSUES trusting him to do so! My wife and I are very pleased with his work and will continue to use him for our general contracting needs, we also highly recommend him for any flooring work."

"Mr. Cash (Randy) was prompt on getting here. I actually got same day service when I called, he was aready working in my area. He showed me my problem, which I already knew and he left and went and got me garbage disposal and installed me and gave me some very helpful hints on dishwasher and my disposal. I felt very comfortable with him and would definately recommed him. The other handyman/plummer that I called on Craigs list said that they would call me back with estimated estimate and I have yet to hear from them. If you need anything in the repair line I would call Mr. Cash.

"The entire process went very well. The technician arrived at the beginning of the time slot and even called prior to arrival to provide an even more accurate arrival time. The first project was the instillation of the thermostats which went smoothly. The second project was to do maintenance and up keep of the air conditioner units themselves. According to the technician the air conditioners had never been serviced since their installation in 1988. He got everything cleaned up and there was no maintenance issues to deal with. He then took the time to go over programmable thermostat.

Sink Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, drain stoppers do come out. In some cases, you can twist them counterclockwise to remove them. You can lift some drain stoppers halfway to the raised position and unscrew them. For others, you will need to lift the drain stopper to the raised position and unscrew the stopper from the stem underneath the top of the stopper.

Yes, it’s necessary to have a sink drain stopper. While your sink will still work without a stopper, a stopper is necessary to keep things other than water from going down into your pipes and potentially clogging them. It prevents plumbing problems by keeping out unwanted debris and objects like hair, soap, toothpaste, dirt, and jewelry.

Whether a pot filler is worth it depends on your cooking habits, budget, and kitchen layout. For avid home cooks who frequently prepare pasta, soups, or stocks, the convenience of filling large pots directly on the stove can be a significant benefit. A pot filler can also add value to a home, attracting potential buyers with its combination of luxury and utility. However, the installation can cost around $800. The return on this investment is highest in larger kitchens where the sink is far from the stove. In smaller kitchens, where the sink is nearby, a pot filler might be perceived as an unnecessary feature by some homeowners or potential buyers.

Because it’s an engineered stone, quartz composite is much denser than other natural stone alternatives. For instance, if you drop a heavy object in a natural stone sink, there’s a chance the sink could crack, chip, or dent. Quartz’s density means quartz sinks are more resistant to scratches or staining. However, darker quartz sinks are more likely to show scratches or scuffs, and quartz sinks can stain over time.

Yes, a toilet, sink, and shower can share the same vent. This is a common plumbing practice that can simplify installation and save space. When sharing a vent, it's important that the toilet is located downstream from all other fixtures. You will also need to ensure the vent pipe is large enough to handle the demands of all connected fixtures without compromising its effectiveness. Because requirements can vary, you should always check your local building and plumbing codes. Consulting a qualified plumber is recommended to ensure the vent is properly sized, installed, and adheres to all local regulations.
