Learned later this is normally completed and should have been explored & suggested when evaluation for job was discussed. Electric company came back out immediately and corrected the situation, but cannot help but believe this additional trip and effort cost a little bit more then necessary."

I think they could have done a little better with follow up in terms of checking how things were going, suggesting annual service and stuff like that.
