"When I decided to move ahead on a much needed roof removal and replacement, it was very hard to get anyone to respond. However, Michael was very quick to answer my call and get a quote. Eventually I was able to get quotes from 3 different contractors and they were all within $200 for each other, which I find amazing given it was a sizeable job. In the end I did not select American, only because they did not carry workers comp at the time. I understand they have since picked up workers comp. I do most home projects on my own but can't do it all on my own. I will certainly contact Michael for anything in the future I decide to hire out."

I asked him to meet me and I gave him the locations. He waited for me at the bridge. I tried to get cell phone network but he did not communicate well and I did not get a good impression from him. His pricing was not clear and he kept saying depending on what I want. He was veg. He would not give me details."
