"Jacob was very responsive and meticulous in his work. I had an estimate and the work was complete within a week! The result is a beautiful rock waterfall that climbs a steep hill in my backyard, complete with illumination at night. He even planted a couple of perennial flowers to give it a finishing touch. iPond and Waterfalls was amazing. I highly recommend them."

"Not sure why but this provider started with good communication at first but then stopped communicating.  When I emailed a reminder, communication started back, but dropped again.  I was finally able to get the work schedule which looks to be high quality.  I would still consider using them in the future.

Fountains questions, answered by experts

DIY kits exist, but professional installation ensures proper filtration, landscaping, and leak-proof construction.

Regularly clean pumps, remove debris, and monitor water levels to prevent algae growth and clogging.

When deep cleaning your koi pond, transfer fish to a clean, uncontaminated container at least one foot deep, like a large bucket, tub, or kiddie pond. Fill the container with their existing pond water to avoid shocking them, and place the container in full or partial shade. When it’s time to reintroduce them into the pond, slowly add the new water to the container before adding the fish and container water back into the pond.

In addition to length and width, pond liners also come in various thickness levels. Thickness is measured in mils, a unit of measurement equal to one-thousandth of an inch, with most pond liners ranging from 15 to 60 mils in thickness. The smaller the number, the thinner (and weaker) the liner. To prevent rips and tears, it’s best to choose a pond liner that’s at least 30 mils thick.

Placing your water feature in direct sun can speed up evaporation, leading to pump damage and algae growth. Shade or partial shade serves as the ideal location for most water features—just watch out for tree and plant debris that may fall in and clog the pump.
