"Thank you for your feed back. The company the work order was put through is the customers home warranty company. Unfortunately the water heater First American purchased a part on the water heater was defective. A part had to be shipped from manufacture company. Our company was responsible for the labor of the install which is not the issue. We have gone above and beyond by contacting the manufacture company, paying for shipping for this when it should have come through the warranty company that purchased heater and lastly we have been in direct conversation with the home owner, but do to being a third party are hands are tied until the part comes in,"
