One Step Ahead Carpet Cleaning

They arrived on time they were very personal and courteous. I showed him what needed to be done and what furniture to move. He never pulled out any furniture. There were 2 chairs that he missed. He broke the legs off my coffee table in the den. I had to follow him around and asked him if he had cleaned under things, he told me he had but it was still dirty. His equipment was filthy. I have a 3000 sq foot home and it took him an hour and 10 minutes to clean. When he left my carpet had black spots that were left there. He said that the black will go away when it dried. A few of the spots had gone away but I ended up using a carpet cleaner to clean a few of them. There was a mess on every floor. He was very nice and personable but I was extremely disappointed in the work. It was the worst carpet cleaning job I've ever seen. Buyer beware they do a bad job and I would not hire him again or recommend him.

They came out the same day that we called which was great because we had to have the work done before the next morning.  Furthermore, the technicians arrived on time, did a good job with the cleaning, and were very nice and professional during all of our dealings.

I've been using the company for nearly 7 years, and it always does a great job.  They show up on time, are very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, and charge a reasonable price in my opinion.

This was the second time that I've used them.  They arrive promptly, do good work for competitive prices, and always go above and beyond to get the carpet as clean as it can be.
