He set aside all paperwork from my new tv for me and ran new electricity up the wall so there's no wires hanging down for my 3 year old to pull on. He had so much patience with my 3 and 6 year old. He had product recommendations when I had questions about speakers and we will be using him again after my new surround sound arrives."
