Pro AV Services is an installation company that focuses on installation and service of virtually any type of electronics. We offer a variety of services in the field of audio and video electronics installations and service. We are very knowledgeable about the products that are available in today's electronics market and we offer products from over 40 top name manufacturers. Do you want a professional installation with all that messy wiring concealed? Would you like to stream Audio or Video from the internet to your new flat panel TV. We can help. Again we sell electronics, we consult, design, install, and service them. We would be happy to assist you in making your purchasing decisions based on your specific needs while staying within your specific budget without the pressures of a salesperson. We take pride in our level of technical expertise, attitude and service. We are Technicians that strive to be the best at what we do. We will be there for you every step of the way from design to finished project. We also offer one on one, and family training to educate you and your family how your system operates so you can spend your time enjoying your electronics instead of being frustrated with them. In addition we offer continued support after the installation. Rick and Neal are well educated in the field of home theater design and electronic installations. As a passion and career for over a decade, Rick and Neal constantly keep themselves up-to-date through extensive research of this constantly changing electronics industry. Both Rick and Neal have worked for large and small electronics stores in the country, but there was always something missing. They were limited by their employers' product lines and the S.W.A.T .(Sell Whats' Available Today) motto. To Rick and Neal this motto and the mindset of sell, sell, sell was and still is insulting to the customer. Rick's and Neal's dedication to superior customer service and their high moral standards are what inspired them to leave the retail sales industry while not leaving the field of consumer electronics. They decided to start Pro AV Services on the belief that consumers want to be taken care of and treated as individuals. They want someone they can rely on, trust and that has their best interests in mind.

After contemplating a DIY install, I contacted Pro AV Services. Rick and Neal came out and did a free site survey. Both are very knowledgeable and presented me with a thorough review of my options and what I could expect in the way of reception. Once we agreed upon a course of action they prepared a detailed written proposal covering equipment and costs.
On the day of the installation they arrived on-time and did a professional and neat job. There were no surprises or extra costs.
Thanks to Rick and Neal we were able to cut the cord with the cable company and are now enjoying a substantial monthly savings.
Everything was very professional and over the top courteous. We had to delay them a couple of times due to delays with the other remodel trades and they were able to accommodate us each time.
The guys at Pro AV are super electronic technical yet able to discuss and instruct us in a manner that was very understandable. Their system install had state of the art technical features that we had never seen or thought to own and we were up and running within minutes after they were finished.
We will use them again and are showing our neighbors the great work they just completed. We don't usually post referrals for work that we have had done but these guys were exceptional and we felt obligated to let others know of our positive experience.
Just an FYI, we had 3 other companies bid on our project and it was hands down apparent that Pro AV were the best fit for us.

He also provides us with a detailed outline and schematic pictures for every room he wires. He helps us find a great deal on speakers and knows his stuff!
