They used the water from our house to fill their pump that was placed on our front porch. This was not what I was expecting, as I was used to having carpet cleaners using truck mounted equipment. However, they spent a fair bit of time cleaning, particularly areas which were soiled. Some stains (juice) came off, others (coffee/tea) remained. The carpet dried fairly quickly, unlike earlier times when we had had them steam cleaned. Somehow felt that it wasnt quite the deep-clean that we had had in the past. But, Ken is very ernest, and knows what he is doing. It seems like a startup and is likely get more professional over time. His pricing was lower than others, and he made a sincere effort to meet our needs."

They were not particularly efficient, but they were helpful; they did bag up a few of our remaining items, without being asked, which we appreciated. However, the next occupants discovered an issue with the toilet that we believe was related to the cleaning. First Impressions was unwilling to accept any responsibility and only after several phone calls did they even offer some reimbursement. We tried to explain our position in good faith, but we felt that good faith was not returned."
