"They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

"Anthony was so helpful. He was quick, efficient, and helpful. They came out same day and problem fixed in 20 minutes. The “handymen” that came out the day before said our whole toilet would need to be replaced and charged us double the money and didn’t fix anything. He showed up within 40 minutes with state-of-the-art equipment, a great attitude, terrific customer service, and with the confidence of a professional professional who had been in this trade for many years.
