The “handymen” that came out the day before said our whole toilet would need to be replaced and charged us double the money and didn’t fix anything. He quoted a very fair price and came to my home around midnight to complete the work. When I spoke with him, he understood the problem and shared with me exactly what he would do to resolve the problem. He showed up within 40 minutes with state-of-the-art equipment, a great attitude, terrific customer service, and with the confidence of a professional professional who had been in this trade for many years.
