That was not constructed to code utilizing notching with overcuts at every cut. The deck railing was very unsafe. It was a very difficult project yet Glenn brought engineering and carpentry skills to make it right and safe. I am extremely satisfied and grateful. The project was completed sooner than projected. My wife met with them, so I relay only what she said, but she reported that they were extremely helpful, that they explained the problem with the lock / latch, and even suggested a product for preventative maintenance. They worked on re-keying all the locks so the same key would work on all of them, which was a bit more of a challenge than I had realized (I was confused about which locks various keys worked on, had passed my misunderstanding on to my wife, and she had then passed that on to the Circle City folks). She was very happy and impressed with the time and care they spent on our job, and we both were pleasantly surprised by the charge. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of locksmith services."
