I placed a job in Angi, and Ray responded quickly. I gave him a description of what happened, and Ray knew what was needed to resolve my issue. Ray came by that afternoon and helped me get my pool pump back to its original disposition. The best part besides his prompt service call was the price. Thank you, Ray.

We hired Ray to do work in our in-ground pool to maintain the pool. He couldn't get the pool to be clear so he started pushing to repair things that didn't need repairs. His employees did not know what they were doing. Everytime we call him about coming over to sort out the problem, he'll excuses on why he couldn't come and then start scheduling at date but then never shows up. He "so called" diagnosed the problem that the pool was having because it was having bad circulation according to Ray, so he had us replace all the piping from the pool filter system. He sent one of his employees to come do the repair and they made the situation much worse. I actually saw his employee cut a pipe that ran though the concrete ground "FLUSH" and I was thinking to myself whether or not he knew what he was doing. It did not look like that was the way it was supposed to get done. After completing the repair, I witnessed the the pipe that he cut flush to the ground was actually spitting water. Now, the pool having a leak, I called Ray right away and he said that he would stop by to look at it. I took pictures and and send it to him but, he did not reply. Finally, when he did decide to call me after I sent direct message on how he's being irresponsible on having me schedule my life around his, then he starts to get very aggressive and started to threaten me with using bad curse words. It caught us by surprise. Also, my wife had left a review on one of his advertising apps and he actually called her and start screaming saying, " if you don't take that review down, we was not going to come to fix it." So she deleted it out of fear of him not coming back. After she deleted it, Ray never came back. He's dishonest and very aggressive. I wouldn't recommend him at all!!!

"i haven't had any contact with this person for months. they have old equipment that is inferior to good quality products but didn't want to spent the money to get it replaced. the piping is old and cracked inside the concrete so we made a minimal repair to help with the multiple problems. I told George and his wife i would come help with the problem but apparently my timeline and theirs were different so she blasted me with a bad review. If anyone reading this believes the "over the top" accusations than please move on from my company. If you can see through these lies please contact me for 20% off your first 2 months of service. I also have 200 customers that are very satisfied with my company. I can give references upon request. thank you and have a nice day.. If you continue to attack my character and lie about me being a drug addict , YOU WILL BE SUED."

Be careful with this company the owner is a drug addict his own employees told me I hired him to do a job all he wanna was to get money out of me he's a liar, they broke the pipe and never came to fix it i had already wrote a review before he started texting me at 11 o'clock at night threatened me and my family that if I didn't take the review down he wasn't going to fix it so I deleted it out of fear but he never came or answer me again, please don't hire him he's a really bad person he's good reviews are fake he's very disrespectful and try to bully he's costumers after he has their money. He's probably gonna respond and say that I'm a liar but he knows the truth please stay away for your own safety.

I wish we had done more research on this company, like you are doing now. **Affordable?** Sure, if you like paying for services you never receive. Personally, I would rather pay a little more to actually get what I am paying for. The owner, Ray, would rather lie, make false promises, and try to ******** you than hold his lazy employees accountable. Check out his foolproof system; the employee is required to take a picture of your filter when they clean it. I am out a $200 filter because his employees figured out that they can clean the filter one time, take multiple pictures, and send them in one at a time each time they were supposed to clean it. Instead of holding his lazy employee accountable, he would rather blow so much smoke up your *** you choke. Like, literally to the point that he is refuting the laws of physics. Run! Just run. No business owner this bad deserves a business.

"I'm not sure what caused to this customer to get so angry so fast because i had the warrantied replacement cartridge in my truck on the way to replace with no cost before he called me and cursed me like a sailor and told me to stay off of his property. We have been servicing this pool for a long time and have not had any problems . I even have text of praise from this customer. Something happened. I can't imagine that anyone could believe the accusations this customer wrote about my company but if you do, please find someone else to call. On the other hand If you need service please call and i will give you a discount if you mention this review. He started out great with service and then hired inexperience workers. The pool liner ripped at the seam within a year, and return jet that was installed was glued together. Now, we have to pay over 2k for a new liner and additional for the replacement of a return jet. It was not worth the headache and time.

"This information is incorrect. The liner was a manufacturing issue and was under warranty. You just did not want to wait for the warranted liner to be shipped. (on back order) the picture you sent me of the glued return showed the pipe going to the return which any good pool installer would know is correct. You got some bad information from a company that doesn't know what they are doing. I don't have a problem with your review because I have a labor shortage right now and I cant get to everyone as quickly as id like but I will not allow you to make up false information just to embellish your dissatisfaction. Good luck but if I were you I would find someone other than the company you used to take care of your pool."

She did not want to fix the problem unless i fixed it for free or run the system any longer to compensate for the loss of flow. She was rude to my tech when he gave her the information. She never really liked me after i bought the company from the original owner. I felt like it was a mutual decision. Ray called us. He was very friendly and attentive. He was out in our area and came over that evening. We found Ray to be knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and reasonable. With our good first impression, we did not contact anyone else. Our motor was burned out and leaking going on. Ray and Danny came out. Danny is very friendly, works quickly and efficiently. The motor and pump have been replaced. There are more repairs that we are needing, so Ray will be coming back. We are happy with the work. Our pool has so much circulation now and the bottom cleaner is working better than it ever has. Yes, we are very happy with Ray and Danny. We recommend Affordable Pool Pro to everyone.
