"Repairs made professionally as was inspection, however, recommendations for problems found during inspection were designed to maximize the cost of repairs. For example, a leaking kitchen faucet spray attachments resulted in a recommendation to replace the entire faucet / spray assembly. It was repaired later by replacing an O-ring in the spray head."

This model had a built-in recycle pump; however, All About Plumbing then installed a Rinnai controller, which we programmed to enable the pump to work on a programmed daily schedule. I am very pleased with their work and knowledge to make sure it was complete and working properly."

"Ray contacted me within minutes of opening our project (clogged bathtub pipe). We scheduled an appointment (for the next day), and he was able to come early. While here, asked him about one other need, got his quote, and scheduled for two working days hence. Ray is courteous, was informative, and treated us as a customer, not as a commodity. When he left, couldn't tell he had been here (no mess). Problem solved! As others have said, he looks to be our plumber of choice going forward. This is his business, and he is involved personally.
