I was not told and did not know that the holes would be left open and all the sawdust and dirt piled all around. I am disabled and elderly. I am still trying to find help to fill the holes and clean up the mounds of sawdust. And that will cost more! Mr Huskens was very kind, and communicated with me throughout the process, and even made a trip back to me to give the receipt for my payment."

However, the dozer used during the job left deep track marks in my yard. After I contacted the manager, the crew returned and attempted to level the area, which helped some, but I still had to spend my weekend doing additional repairs. The equipment also damaged the bark on one of my healthy trees. The crew wrapped it with electrical tape but never informed me. I discovered it two days later. In addition, a sprinkler line was broken during the work, and I only found out when I turned the system on. The tree work was good, but I was disappointed by the property damage and lack of communication about it."
