When Andrew came, he inspected it and he told me it was not that bad, where as he could have taken advantage of me and charge me more (for example is the issue was on the insulation). I went into the crawlspace with him and verified. He educated me one how they would remove it. I took "before" pictures. He also explained the liner, which will prevent future issues and bring it up to current "specs". So, I paid for that. After: The crawl space joists were perfectly clean! The liner was perfectly laid. l took "after" pictures. It literally smelled cleaned too. He met me on time and finished on time. Definitely a great job."

We have never worked with someone that focuses so much on their customer. There wasn't a time during our project that I didn't know what was happening or didn't know the next step. Dan and Steve checked in daily, confirming what was on the schedule for that week and reviewing the long-term timeline. We've never completed a project as huge as gutting and replacing an entire kitchen, but felt at ease and confident with the work and choices during the remodel.
