"The guys were great! They found the problem and were able to fix it in a cou[le of hours, which included some digging in the cold. It was a tricky situation involving roots and the drain to the septic. They spliced in a new piece of pipe, cut the root and we were good to go. Very reasonable and very nice gentlemen.
