Everyone wants to install but not do repairs when a valve breaks or head needs replaced or there is a leak - seems to be a real shortage in the Hickory region of people who will do irrigation repairs. That was my problem until we found Austin with 828 Landscape. He is professional, a good communicator and is totally about finding the problem and fixing it. I almost hesitate to post this review because then he’ll get too busy to work on my system when I need him."

When he thought we hadn?t fully moved onto the property, he never showed up?our security cameras confirmed no activity. He later admitted he only ?sparingly? put seeds down, which was shocking. He blamed weather, then claimed his tools were being borrowed. He even said giving him a deadline was ?rude.? Had he said he couldn?t commit, we never would have paid him. Unreliable, unprofessional, and deceitful. At the end of the day, he got paid for work he had no intention of completing. That?s the bottom line!"
