"I recently had my roof replaced and I have to say the quality of work was outstanding. The crew completed the job in two days. From the beginning, I felt confident thanks to the professionalism of the team especially Cody and Jessica. They were incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. Their guidance was especially helpful when it came to dealing with my insurance company something I was dreading and was an overall of a nightmare, but they helped make it smooth and manageable. The customer service was also a highlight. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Jessica was available to respond quickly and thoughtfully. After the storm damage, I was stressed and overwhelmed, but their support made a huge difference. That said, there were a couple of bumps along the way. "I can't say enough good things about this company. First my daughter discovered a really bad leak in the back of her bedroom, I found VPR Roofing on Angie's List, called and Linda had some guys come that afternoon and tarp the roof. They all came back within a week and replaced the entire roof. The roof now looks fantastic and it will enhance the value of the property. The guys working were excellent, very professional, polite, responsive and they cleaned everything up, didn't leave a nail. They are the best! I was a little hesitant at first given my previous experience with a contractor who was not good and did not live up to the "word of mouth referral" on some other projects around the house.
