I recently had my roof replaced and I have to say the quality of work was outstanding. The crew completed the job in two days. From the beginning, I felt confident thanks to the professionalism of the team especially Cody and Jessica. They were incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. Their guidance was especially helpful when it came to dealing with my insurance company something I was dreading and was an overall of a nightmare, but they helped make it smooth and manageable. The customer service was also a highlight. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Jessica was available to respond quickly and thoughtfully. After the storm damage, I was stressed and overwhelmed, but their support made a huge difference. That said, there were a couple of bumps along the way. I did experience some communication issues, but overall they did a great job! I appreciate all of their effort and hard work.

We called for a quote and they came out the next day and gave us an estimate.  We called them back two days later and asked them to come and do the gutter replacement for us.  They returned our call the next day and asked if they could come  the following morning to replace the gutters.   Two men arrived at the time they had scheduled.  They completed the job in about two hours, cleaned up the decks and yard where debris had fallen from the old guttering, and gave us the bill for the amount they had quoted.  They were pleasant and friendly and we are very pleased with the appearance of the new gutters.  They also said to watch for leaks at the corners and if we saw any leaking to call immediately and they would come and reseal if needed.  This same company replaced our roof last year and we were very happy with that experience as well.

They were very good.  They did a very good job. 

      I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to make things right.  However I think these people are in too much of a hurry and are not doing careful work.  I would not say that I'm completely dissatisfied with the result, but I'm not completely satisfied either.  I would have appreciated it if we had been told BEFORE we did it that putting new shingles over old was a bad idea.  We were told afterward that it was bad and that the job couldn't be as good as if we had taken off the old shingles.  The price difference was very little.  If I had understood that I would be getting a sub-standard result I would not have agreed to it.
