We had Brian and his team install an irrigation system a couple years ago at our home. Process was painless and price was fair. They got it done in the anticipated duration and were very knowledgeable. I typically get them to come out early in the season to check everything out and make sure everything is operating correctly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We needed help getting our sprinkler system up and running on a house we recently had purchased. We selected Sloan Scapes based on our positive Angie’s List reviews and were not disappointed. They were willing to arrive on a Saturday afternoon to re-install the backflow with easy to disassemble threaded unions and then spent some time answering my questions about the system as we tested out each zone. It quickly became apparent that the system had not been maintained as several heads were leaking, many were completely buried. We had Sloan Scapes replace ten heads and they raised / set many other heads. All work was performed professionally and efficiently. Sloan Scapes rate was very fair and they handle their business the right way. I would highly recommend them.

Brian has provided exceptional service at a very fair price for 2 years now.. He took time to explain the issues, replaced/ repaired/ adjusted until everything was perfect. We will continue to use his services and highly recommend!

Brian checked all valves and felt they were all working as expected. He actually did not charge us for doing that. We were very pleased with his service and professionalism.

Brian came in weekend time to address the problem. He was diligent and skillful: found the broken pipe real quick and put in a nice solution (connecting pipes at different depth and orientation). All was done within an hour or so. Besides, he was very polite. He charged very reasonably and exactly according to what he told me when I made the appointment, no surprise at all. Overall excellent service at a good price. I highly recommend him for any irrigation repair job.

He had a crew of three at my house until 9:30 on a Saturday night in order to make sure the sod that was put down was watered the next morning. I now have an "irrigation partner" for life!

We had them fix the irrigation in our previous house which they did a GREAT JOB. We had an issue with one of the sprinkler heads later but could not get them to come back out. They finally called us several months later, after that house was sold. However, since they did a great job with the first job, we had them give an estimate for installing an irrigation system and lighting system at our new residence. We were told we that a brochure would be dropped off the next couple of days for us to review for the lighting and we would have an estimate provided in a week. Never heard back from them. We were a repeat customer *and* recommended them to others. We would have gone with them for all of the work but I guess they have so many customers, they don't need the extra work. Our time was wasted meeting with them and waiting for an estimate that never came. Will never recommend them again. Too bad, they did great work for us before.

It went great. He charges less than many other companies. He put the backflow back on and set up our sprinkler heads to make sure they were watering properly. He took as much time as necessary to adjust each head just the way we wanted. We have used sloan scapes numerous times and I would highly recommend them. On a side note, we had to have our backflow recertified and he recommended someone who came out the day I called him and charged much less than most other companies.

Brian Sloan was the only one of 3 people I called to get back to me, and did so very promptly. He was able to come the next day and perform the necessary work, and discussed possible issues and future plans. His charge was very reasonable, actually a lot less than my usual service. He has a new customer!

It went well for us. Some of the things the guy recommended to us to save money that we could do ourselves.

It was good. We didn't have any problems. We felt they did a good job. They were really professional. They were here in a timely manner. They conducted themselves very professionally. They did a walk through to be sure we understood.

He did a great job. Was thorough, professional, courteous and prompt. We definitely plan on using sloan scapes again. This is the third time we used them and plan to continue using them. He is very reasonably priced (much less than others we called or used in previous years).

I built a new home and install fescue grass in April 2015. The builder stated he didn't have enough time to install an irrigation system. If you live in North Carolina and have fescue you know it hard to keep it alive without an irrigation system. I hired Brian with Sloan Scapes in July 2015. My primary concern was whether I could have an irrigation system off a private well that only pumps 10 gallons per minute. My second concern was cost and quality. My system now has been up and running for nearly 10 months and it still works as good as the day it was installed, covering every area of my lawn. Brian set up 10 zones to manage the amount of water needed to match the capacity of my well taking into consideration the reserve and production of water. This was a $6600 job. Sounds expensive however I have a very large lawn. Brian's price was very good compared to 3 other quotes I recieved. In addition Brian's follow up service well beyond the date he recieved final payment was excellent. Follow up service consisted of making small tweaks in the range and amount of water being applied to the lawn. I would hire Sloan scapes for any small or large job again.

We had Brian winterize our system and he came out this time to set it up for the spring. He did a great job. He finished setting it up and wanted me to make sure it was set up how I wanted. He spent quite a bit of time making sure it was how I wanted. He did not charge any extra for the extra time. He did a great job making sure it was just right. We definitely plan to use him again. He does very good work and you can't beat his prices.

We are very happy with Sloanscape.  Brian and his crew were very professional and delivered all they quoted on a timely basis.  We had contacted several irrigation companies and Sloanscapes had the best prices with the best service.  Brian kept us up to date as they went along, doing everything from getting the permits from the city of Raleigh to setting up the inspections and getting the final one done as well.  They were even able to work with our existing privacy fence as well as going under the sidewalks and patio to run the system to all our garden beds as well as covering every inch of our yard.  We would definitely call them again if we have another house that needs an irrigation system!

I want to do a lot of planting in my garden this year but my sprinkler system was not working so I wanted to get it fixed before getting started. Brian was very responsive to my initial inquiry and spent time at my property identifying the problem (it turned out to be a wiring break caused when I had a new fence installed). He also pointed out a few things which were not quite working as well as they should including a leaking control valve and some old sprinkler heads which drained out water after the cycle finished.
Brian explained everything he was doing and I never felt pressured into fixing anything that I wasn't comfortable with. He walked me through the system several times to make sure what I wanted to get fixed and demonstrated everything working at the end.
I was very happy with Brian's work and he has a great attitude as well, I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to others.
