"Mr.Noll was very pleasant and very informative on explaining the products and the process of deep cleaning of my carpets and area rugs. I have 3 pets in my home and he was able to get the stains out with a great pretreatment prior to the cleaning. I was quite impressed by the way the carpets came out afterwards,he saved me a bunch of money by not having to invest in new carpeting for another year.
