They were a no show. Very unprofessional. Lost a day of work waiting on them. Called the company after waiting 30 minutes, no one could get in touch with The "Boss." Finally was able to speak to the "Boss" he said he would check on his team and give me a call back.....never heard from him again. Do not bother with this company!

His equipment was not professional at all and kept breaking. He was older and needed help getting things up stairs. After he left we found chewing gum that came off his equipment in our carpet. He did not have a steam cleaner, only individual floor machine.
We were not members of Angie's list at the time and got his name out of local newspaper.
