I have 3 pets in my home and he was able to get the stains out with a great pretreatment prior to the cleaning. "David was on time, He was very polite and respectful. Even though on this day he worked alone he moved some furniture around for me and worked hard to get my carpets clean. He carried the very large cleaning unit into the house. The only reason I didn't give him five stars is because the unit did not totally take up the two small stains and only about 90% of the soil in one small, very soiled traffic area. This may be because this one area was so heavily soiled and perhaps the two small stains wouldn't have come up with any kind of equipment or stain remover. The carpets did look much much better and in most areas they looked almost new."
