Until it wasn?t?meaning a gave final payment of $16,000. And there is a very short punch list. I asked John why these items weren?t done and I was hesitant to give final payment. He said and he took photos to document ?I promise we will get on this next week?you can trust me and give me check? Yes I?m guilty of trusting and should have held check. I have text several times to 4 different employees and owners as well made calls and left messages?.crickets. So now I have a $35,000. Job with tasks that were incomplete?conduit hanging, paint tape all the way around my house, debris that was to be hauled off including some job materials left on side of house as well a picket that is not in place. "

"Chris and his company made the entire process so much better. He came out the next morning in between other jobs. We had a leak under the crawlspace and it was a mess. Jasper and the crew called every morning to let me know he was on his way and Chris called to update the process in the evening. My husband works 3rd shift and he did not hear the work doing on while trying to sleep. They were very respectful and courteous. The crawlspace looks brand new. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."
