Chris and his company made the entire process so much better. He came out the next morning in between other jobs. We had a leak under the crawlspace and it was a mess. Jasper and the crew called every morning to let me know he was on his way and Chris called to update the process in the evening. My husband works 3rd shift and he did not hear the work doing on while trying to sleep. They were very respectful and courteous. The crawlspace looks brand new. I would highly recommend PuroClean and Chris Nowak for any restoration work.

PuroClean was quick to call us and scheduled us an appointment the next day; They were able to get out to our house to remove mold within the same week. They were punctual, and very tidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services!

Our experience with PuroClean was incredible! After reading many reviews, we opted to give PuroClean a try. Within minutes of reaching out to PuroClean, Chris replied and immediately demonstrated his expertise. Although our job was the typical mold in the crawlspace due to bathroom leak issue, PuroClean was able to work us in. Upon arriving at my home, the PuroClean crew wasted no time getting started and were professional and friendly. Their remediation process was thorough and made the joists look like new. No regrets, just extremely pleased!

Chris and his assistant conducted a very thorough inspection. Chris explained the results clearly and in detail, and answered all of our questions. He was objective and considered a range of possible causes and potential solutions. He did not attempt to pressure us into buying expensive services, but instead recommended that we begin with simple, practical and inexpensive steps. We were very pleased and will continue to work with him if additional remediation is needed. We recommend him very highly.

Chris was awesome from the first phone call to the last follow up visit to make sure everything was perfect! We had a overnight water issue in our business and Chris and his team helped us to make sure that we didn’t skip a beat. They were always willing to come at times that were convenient to our business. We are open 7 days a week and during the week it’s 8am-10pm. Great job! I highly recommend Chris and his team!!

Chris was very responsive to my initial call and once our schedule allowed the work to commence, Chris's team did an amazing job of cleaning and moving all of our basement belongings to a pod in our driveway and our garage so that they could begin the demolition and actual mold removal. From start to finish, Chris and his team at Puroclean kept us informed of the progress, additional issues, and overall just helped us through this very difficult process. Chris came the very next day and instantly told us what the issue was that he saw. He told us how we could clean the issue ourselves and that we did not need to pay him to do it. You don’t hear that very often! We did ask him if he could take care of it just to be on the safe side and he within a matter of minutes had everything taken care of. Chris could not have been any nicer and professional! I’m so thankful we found him on Angie’s List and I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!

Chris, Brandon, and Tiffany were as professional and knowledgeable as anyone could ask for. They were honest, reliable, and on time. When they said they would be there or do something they did it 100%! Anytime I called Chris for whatever reason he either answered right away or would call right back. They performed total remediation to our crawl space and we couldn't be happier! We could not be happier with PuroClean and the job they did for us! I would highly recommend them! Top notch. I called on a Saturday afternoon (week of July 4th) with sewage overflow in the basement. Chris was on his way home from vacation and answered my call. He couldn't come that night but was there first thing Sunday morning. He accessed the damage, gave advise of what I should and shouldn't do, and got to work. Brandon and Tiffany worked for 3 days getting carpet and vinyl up and making sure everything was smelling better and safe. Everyone knew their stuff. Quick response, very efficient and professional. Highly, highly recommend.

We discovered mold in our finished basement that appeared to warrant remediation rather than simple removal. Chris returned my call promptly. I think he came to look at the job the next day. He gave me a rough estimate. After further investigation, we asked Chris to go ahead with the job. He arranged for his crew to perform the work within 1-2 weeks which gave us time to move our furniture out, his crew performed the job just as he described. They employed air barriers, HEPA scrubbers and negative pressure at the appropriate times. Demo was quiet and effificient. Team members were bright and polite. Final price was below estimate. We are very pleased and consider this a top-notch experience from start to finish.

Chris and the Puroclean staff arrived same day (within an hour or two) to assess my damage. They explained in clear terms what was needed to repair everything. They worked seamlessly with my insurance co. so it was very little effort for me throughout the experience. After the repairs were complete, Chris made sure I was fully satisfied with everything. All work was done professionally and thoroughly. I have peace of mind that all work was handled by Chris and his team.

They removed the damaged walls, rugs and everything else that was beyond repair. They also removed a rug and furniture from an upstairs room. Everything was taken to the dump. Fans were used to clean the air in in the area. The job went very smoothly.
