On most jobs payment is rendered when services are completed however if it is a multi day job or a material intensive job I do require a deposit for materials upfront and the rest upon completion.On roofing ,plumbing,painting,and electrical work I do subcontract to licensed contractors. I offer a 5 to 10% discount for seniors and military.
