"Everything turned out fine. When it first arrived, it was damaged in the shipping. It took them quite a while to get something back to us, or even to call me back when I wrote to them. But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. "They completed the original job in 15 minutes or less, then responded to a request for an unscheduled electrical need to revamp a closet light switch.  After describing the alternatives, we arrived at a decision to install a motion sensor.  Since that required a trip to town, one man did that while the other one prepared for the installation.  When he arrived with the part, both men quickly made the adjustment and completed the job, making it look very clean and professional.  Although it took them about 1-1/2 hours to complete, including the trip to town, they charged for only 1 hour as there was plenty of time left from the original job.  My wife was very happy to finally have this change made to the closet light.  Both men were very professional, courteous and friendly, and kept the area clean as they worked as well as cleaning completely when done.  They even brought in a vacuum to make sure that they got all of the drywall dust cleaned up.  We would definitely hire Respro in the future for any electrical work."

"     In order to complete to layout design I submitted a drawing of the room as well as a series of photos.  The website for Homemade design has a questionaire what helps define your overall tastes in design.  I joined Pinterest and started boards for furniture, lighting, bookshelves which were reviewed.  Homemade design comes to New York periodically to meet with clients not in the Boston area and this gave us a chance to meet and select furniture and upholstery at the New York Design center.  This is an extra charge but well worth it since I was completely overwhelmed.  They were extremely patient and guided me through the process.  At one point I decided to move the television which turned out to be a bad idea -- they explained why it would not worked and I concurred competely after I understood the reasons.  So, they are not afraid to tell you if you going down the wrong road. I live in a New York City townhouse and forget that I do not have a whol lot of space even though my house is huge for NYC. So, I had to be told how to "scale" everything to the space we had to work with, which was helpful
I purchased the service several months ago but was not ready to actually decide on the actual purchases until recently. So, the delay in completion is because of my schedule.  I now hope to finish everything by September.
