But then, once they got the ball rolling, it went very quickly. It took them probably about a month to even get back to me. The price was very good. "They completed the original job in 15 minutes or less, then responded to a request for an unscheduled electrical need to revamp a closet light switch.  After describing the alternatives, we arrived at a decision to install a motion sensor.  Since that required a trip to town, one man did that while the other one prepared for the installation.  When he arrived with the part, both men quickly made the adjustment and completed the job, making it look very clean and professional.  Although it took them about 1-1/2 hours to complete, including the trip to town, they charged for only 1 hour as there was plenty of time left from the original job.  My wife was very happy to finally have this change made to the closet light.  Both men were very professional, courteous and friendly, and kept the area clean as they worked as well as cleaning completely when done.  They even brought in a vacuum to make sure that they got all of the drywall dust cleaned up.  We would definitely hire Respro in the future for any electrical work."

"had purchased this on a Deal. I moved my office to the in-law suite, and wanted something outside my norm - yet not too jarring. The decoraator is in Mass. We communicated via email, Pinterest., Houzz, their website and phone conference. I planned to reuse my light cherry office furniture, but needed to get rid of the white wall look. I sent photos of the room and a floor plan. I answered their online style questionaire and sent photo of the furnishing, my favorite Arts n Crafys desktop lamp and some of the art work I wanted to use. The result was a vibrant palate that is invigorating and joyful to work in. Using the colors from some paintings I collected in Africa15 years ago and my electric taste. the result was very bold. (Formerly my definition of bold was any color other than white or beige. The cair rail and lower walls are a terracotta with a rich deep gold on top. The remaining woodwork and doors are a dark slate gray with a satin finish. (Really - no white glossy woodwork.) I feel like I am in some exotic place when I work. I have met with other designers in the past. They ask your likes, then tell you what think regardless. Not so here, the process was interactive, two sided and balanced. The results are stunnung. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, even if no big deal is available.
