Our church building is a voting site for Buncombe County. On Monday morning of the day before the national General Election on Tuesday November 5, 2024, we called Grigg Electric to tell them our Parking Lot lights had quit working. That was a serious problem because the Tuesday voting hours begin in the dark in the morning and end in the dark in the evening. On that same Monday Grigg sent a crew to fix our lights. They troubleshot the problem to a 35-foot-high metal light pole with a bare wire short circuit. They brought out their bucket truck in order to fix the problem. They worked continuously until they fixed the problem. We had functioning lights on Tuesday. This was extraordinary customer service.

We have used them before. They have a very competitive price. They are very responsive. If you need them to, they will respond quickly to get the work done. They do quality work. I would use them in the future.
