"Your problem solved not only did a total rip out of our bathroom but Dylan and Jared did all the work from installing the tub, the tile the vanity , installed all the plumbing fixtures , painted , repaired sheet rock , installed electrical switches , heated flooring and in addition they installed storm doors , deadbolts and cleaned up everything after each day of work , we didnâ t have multiple contractors in and out and in addition they installed a whole house water system, Dylan s expertise might be plumbing however he did a fantastic job on everything and he provided a detailed bill before they started and a detailed invoice afterwardsâ ¦ the cost was well within our budget and when it comes time to redo our basement, there is no doubt who we will call.. "My wife and I hired Jesse Summerlin for two related projects â a rebuild/upgrade of an existing deck along with a dedicated platform added for a hot tub. This was a challenging project since the deck is 10 feet off the ground and the platform, being downhill from the deck, ended up being over 20 feet high. The latter was designed by an engineer who provided sealed drawings. Jesse and his team built the platform exactly to spec. Jesse also worked closely with the hot tub installers and electricians to make sure everything was in synch. The deck rebuild had some unforeseen challenges due to past shoddy construction. Jesse found critical defects that others, including two inspectors, had missed. He was able to make repairs to the deck framing that left it rock solid. We replaced the old wooden decking with Timbertech Azek â a composite product I highly recommend. This was the first time Jesse had worked with that so he made sure to contact the manufacturer to ensure he was well educated on the installation requirements. His team had it in without a hitch. Throughout the project, Jesse was professional, communicative, and a joy to work with. We're exceedingly happy with the finished deck and hot tub platform. If we ever have an earthquake or mudslide on our mountain we're evacuating to the deck. The house may collapse down the hill but Jesse's deck isn't going anywhere."

"We hired Peak Renovations for a bathroom remodel, I enjoyed Dan and his crew. Of course being a older home, we were pretty confident there would be issues once demo happened, and there was. Dan went over our options, and pricing. We were able to pick what worked best for the budget, and our bathroom. His crew were awesome, they came in and did everything fast, correct, and cleaned everything up, they even asked where we wanted certain things , tp holder, towel bar, medicine cabinet etc. I look forward to having Dan and his team back in the future"

I worked for a remodeling contractor in California in 1999 and a laborer/estimator for a design-build firm in Baton Rouge where I received my Bachelor of Science, Construction Management at LSU in 2003. I worked for a trucking company where I was the estimator and project manager for civil and marine projects. In 2005, I received my general contractors license while living on the coast in Mississippi. This where I formed a remodeling company, New Coast Construction Co. My family and I moved to North Carolina in 2006 where I have since worked for grading and paving companies undertaking estimating and project management. In August of 2019, I formed RAM Constructors, LLC. RAM Constructors is Licensed and Insured.

"Put a deposit on 6/11/24 work was to start 6/25/24. He sent Ken out 6/26/24. Ken was a very nice and knowledgeable person with what needed to be done. Found out on 6/27 that putting the shower doors was not included, didn't quiet understand why it wasn't included Ken remove the shower doors We just assumed that he would install them back. Got a call from Chris saying that it was going to cost $300 extra dollars to install back the doors but he would give us a break and only charge $150. Still didn't understand it but wasn't in the mood to argue, they took down to shower heads and my handicap bars and replace them without an extra charge. So by my experience make sure every thing is in the contract Don't assume anything. 4 days later after the job was finished found out Ken did not put the screws back in the shower faucet or put the tracks on the shower doors. He done a good job just not completely happy with the small things."

"I've known Paul Ragan for over a year now.  We met when I was searching for a new home.  I few times I bid on houses, and I hired him to make a pre-inspection before I made my offers.  He's been in building,  for a very long time.  He can easily 'case up' a place, let me know what problems I may have, and the quality of the construction.  When I found the house, I had about 32 days between the closing of the house, and the time I had to leave my apartment, as my landlord needed it vacated for her son.  Fortunately I had ample access to the house, prior to closing, ordered everything to be delivered at the house the day after the close.  Then Paul went to work.  I also had hard wood floors installed throughout, and he was great about coordinating the timing of everything. It was stressful because here is my dream house... I'm not a designer or decorator, know nothing of color, lighting, etc. and really wanted to move in and have everything perfect.  Well....Paul has friends who know this stuff.  His worker Casey has strong artistic sense and came to the rescue several times, and his electrician is also very knowledgeable on design.  I was thrilled with everyone he brought onto the job.  So just 2 days before Christmas I moved in, and have been completely satisfied, and very happy and peaceful in my new place.  "
