They were so great that we have already bringing them back for another project. I DEFINITELY RECCOMMEND!! The only downside, they are so good, that they couldn't fit me in sooner due to the schedule. But they are worth the wait!! Also, I got 4 quotes for this project, 3 from Angi List 1 from an old company the business used in the past. They were the best value pricing. and the time and detail on the quote was the best by far and were really close to our expected cost."

We discussed this with the sales rep who came out, Albert Morrow, and told him we didnâ t have problems unless it was heavy rain. He recommended his company and told us the system was designed for this. After we had the system installed, we had no problems but also no heavy rains for 2-3 months. However, in December we had 5 inches of rain during one storm, and OUR BASEMENT FLOODED once again. A technician came out and basically told us the system worked the way it was supposed to but during flooding conditions the system was overwhelmed . So basically we paid $7500 for them to come out and install a system that does not work when it should. We would have been better off just to keep our money in our pocket and just wet-vac the water out when we have heavy rain. NO,WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THEIR SYSTEM. We are basically screwed out of $7500."
