"Rory was prompt and professional in taking down a cracked tree that was leaning over a neighbor’s fence and shed. He was very up front with what would be required to get the job done which included acquiring a specialized lift and enlisting another hand to ensure there was no damage to the neighbor’s property. He was in contact with the neighbor to explain the job and get their permission to enter their yard to clean up any debris. (As a side note, the neighbor had Rory do some tree work after seeing the job he did) The lift he used required a section of fence to be removed for accessing the backyard. Rory took on this task on as well ensuring the fence was properly reinstalled and secured after the job. The job site was left clean and tidy with all portions of the tree hauled away. I couldn’t recommend O’Connor Tree Works enough … very prompt, communicative, reasonable and thorough! This will be the first business I’d call if I need tree work completed in the future!"

"Dustin got back to me right away to schedule. He arrived on time and trimmed my birch snag to a point that it will not fall on my fence when it does fall. He also looked at my mountain ash which was stressed. He trimmed the branches that were rubbing on each other and old me to moved the rocks and grass from underneath it. He educated me on caring for the tree and how to shake the branches after watering so they don't burn."

"I haven't had any work done yet. But... after 3 years and multiple calls to the most well know tree services in the area, Betchels was the fist to call back. I made an inquiry on Sunday (fathers day) Ryon called back Monday AM and spent 2 hours on the property on Tuesday, after business hours and at my convenience. He looked at every tree and made recommendations for what I could do myself vs the professional jobs. I was left with a written quote more reasonable than any of the nightmare stories I'd heard from friends and neighbors. We have a large property with multiple trees that have been neglected for years. I was dreading a professional assessment/quote but walked away feeling encouraged and looking forward to future progress. I wouldn't normally write a review on work that hasn't been done but I was so impressed with the service, quoted price and his willingness to accommodate that I felt like I could review the experience so far.
