"We are SO happy with our new windows and patio door. We replaced all but one patio door (now wish we did). So excited to have the new windows in, and before Thanksgiving. The crew worked diligently, and took a lot of care with installing the windows. They were friendly and very professional. Couldn't have worked out better."

"Just worked with Justin Fowler. Helped us out with our windows and I am looking forward to them getting replaced. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on working with them in the future to finish up the windows in the house! Thanks so much!"

"The job went very smooth and they did excellent work and went beyond my expectations by adding some touches and making sure the job was done right. After they finished they cleaned up the area around the Man Cave and left no trash behind. I enjoyed visiting with them and while they were here and getting some ideas for future plans. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for your next project. Thanks Charles and Joel, Rev John Lindner"

Window Door Contractors questions, answered by experts

Garage door screens can expand your living space, turning a garage into a home office, gym, or entertainment space. They provide comfortable ventilation, insect control, and privacy, allowing you to enjoy your space all year round. Consult a local garage door screen installer to add this feature to your space.

Yes, you can absolutely put a screen on a casement window, and most casement windows come with screens. Unlike with a double-hung, single-hung, or sliding window, the screen in a casement window sits on the inside of the window so that the sash can freely open outward. Screens are especially important for casement windows because the large window opening the window provides leaves your home more open to bugs and outside debris than most other types of operable windows.

While the telltale signs can vary for different types of screen doors, it may be time to learn how to install a screen door if you're noticing rotting, warping, or splintering accompanying the sagging. If you’re unsure whether to replace a sagging screen door, consult a local screen door pro for an inspection and final decision.

Common problems include leaks, broken glass, and damaged frames. Regular maintenance prevents extensive damage.

While the benefits of garage door screens usually outweigh the downsides, there are some cons to installing one. First off, they can be quite expensive, especially if you’re having a professional install a retracting screen or a custom size screen. Second, they let fresh air and natural light in, but they also don’t provide the same privacy from people in the neighborhood that a solid door does. As you might guess, screens also won’t insulate your garage, so they’re often not usable in colder weather.
