"We highly recommend Tanner and crew. Trees were limbed when needed to prevent damage. Trees were felled with absolute perfection and accuracy and no damage to anything. Price was comparable. Don't waste your time as we did before hiring Tamarack. We had spent 2 1/2 months dealing with no-shows and bids from many we didn't feel comfortable with or who couldn't make it until mid-winter or next spring. "Joseph Bruno and his employees did a fantastic job, trimming and removing trees from our property. He cut, stacked and disposed of all of the tree material and cleaned up after the job was finished. He walked the property and marked the trees that needed to be removed, and discussed the project with us frequently over the three days he was here. His estimate was fair and well deserved. He will be back in the Fall to remove additional trees. I highly recommend Joseph and his crew."

If you’re looking to rot a tree stump fast, potassium nitrate will work far quicker than copper nails. First, drill several holes into the stump using a power drill, then pour potassium nitrate pellets into the holes. Next, add water to help the chemical absorb into the wood, thoroughly soaking the stump to ensure the pellets dissolve and spread evenly. Afterward, cover the stump with a tarp to retain moisture and block sunlight, then place mulch on top to secure it in place.

If a tree stump is removed properly, the chances of a tree growing back are low. However, if a tree has a robust root system, roots can sometimes sprout and someday grow into a tree. The chance of regrowth will depend on several factors such as the type of tree, soil quality, and strength of the root system. In general, it is not recommended to plant a tree where a stump was removed.

Some people prefer to leave or even carve a leftover stump, but we recommend removing it if possible. You can often dig out smaller trunks with a shovel once they have died and dried out. You can have stumps professionally removed, or request a service to grind them down to ground level so they can be replaced with other landscaping or objects.

It may not be worth it to rake every leaf in your yard, but it’s necessary to remove the majority of leaves to prevent them from smothering grass growth on your lawn. However, raking leaves isn’t your only option for leaf removal. You can remove leaves easily with a leaf blower or compost or mulch them with your lawn mower to repurpose them to help grow your garden or yard.
