Two Seasons Heating and Air LLCIt went very well, they were very professional about their work. The finished project was more than I expected. I would definitely use them again for any AC problems. I would recommend them for any AC problems, large or small.- chester l.

Ogle Heating & Cooling LLCI called them and within 30 mins the Owner showed up. First thought was the thermocoupler went bad. Replaced it, still nothing. Turns out it was the gas control valve. Now given my furnace is from the early to mid 60's he told me "I'm not sure I'm going to be able to fix this today, let me do some calling around". 45 mins later he was back with a control valve that "should" work. 15 mins later my furnace was up and running again. Since I had him at my house, I was thinking, "If this part went out, it's only time before something else goes out". So I hit him up on price for a new furnace...given mine is 55 years old. He actually said "why waste your money, these were built to last and will heat better than anything on the market today." I bought the house back in 2003 and never touched the furnace beside changing the filters every 5 years (yea kinda forgot about the filters). Back in April I called again cause it failed again (3-4 years later).....Pilot light was still on but wouldn't trip the gas valve or blower......I tripped the breaker due to the filters not being changed....whoops. But the tech did a quick inspection and everything was still tight for something that's 55 years old. The blower had little movement on the shaft and the burners were burning clean and even. He said "I'd expect this on a unit 5-10 years old, not a unit over 50 years old". I've reached out to them yet again to possibly help me with wiring in a new thermostat, previous install had 2 wires white and white. I'll let you know how it goes- Jeremy D.

DuctWorks Heating & Air Conditioning, LLCGood work, punctual, professional, final price was as estimated in the appointment call. Would recommend.- Frederick H.

Glacier Service and TestingGlacier services, came out and performed services and they stated the unit was functioning properly and when we went use the unit it was not functioning as stated on the invoice. I called them several times and we played phone tag for months.. When I finally reached them to settle the invoice and or have the unit repaired as the invoice stated, I was informed that they would come back out for another $75.00... To sum it up, I paid the bill in full, as I am not a thief, but if you want to deal with honest people I highly recommend that you not to call this organization.- Steve L.

General Sheet MetalPoor customer service, constant excuses, completed the heating system incorrectly, rain leaks through the roof from the stove pipe install, didn’t plan to follow code for the stove pipe install until it was pointed out. Bill seems nice but his crew isn’t trained and the organization to get the job done is ridiculous. If you don’t live on iron horse, don’t plan to have your job completed any time soon.- Katie D.

Durocher Heating and coolingcompleted new construction home heating and cooling. He did a great job from start to finish and the entire project looks immaculate and clean.- Mark A.

Kelly AC & Appliance Service IncBruce arrive on time and promptly started examining our AC unit. He found a few things wrong and showed me the problems. He showed me how to change the batteries for the wall control unit. He cleaned our AC unit and replaced an electrical switch ( it had blacked contacts). Now when the AC comes on at night, there isn't any squeaking to wake us up.- Linda S.

Air Control Home ServicesReceived an evaluation of the system; suggestions for efficiency; and, several options for updating.- Tom F.

MacDonald Heating & CoolingExcellent first class service. Have had them do three projects now. They are speedy, clean, and professional- Tanner R.

Central Air Heating & Cooling, Venting/Ducting, Gas Pipe. New Construction, Remodel, Change outs. Hotchkiss Heating & Air has been locally owned and operated since 2005. We have a knowledgeable and friendly staff that is here to help you with all of your HVAC needs.
Recent Review:
We have used Hotchkiss Heating & Air multiple times for multiple services. We have always been given professional, honest, accurate assessment and recommendations. Once we had a furnace issue, we got one previous estimate before having having Hotchkiss give a quote. The previous company insisted that our only option was to.completely replace our entire furnace, which was going to cost over $3000. Also, we would have to go without a furnace for up to a week, while we waited for the replacement to come. In the interim, we contacted Hotchkiss, who immediately sent an employee right over to see if they would be able to replace it quicker. The technician easily determined that our furnace did NOT need to be replaced at all. In fact, it was a simple solution replacing a small part. They were able to change out the part, On the spot, And our total bill came to $75. Since that day, we have never considered contacting any other businnes for our heating and air needs. We are customers of Hotchkiss Heating & Air as long as we reside in their service area. We are always consistently, impressed by all aspects of our dealings with them. They are professional, respond very rapidly, and we know we can always trust that they dont overcharge us or give us inaccurate assessments of our issues. We would highly recommend this business every time.

Outstanding customer service!! Five stars for responsiveness and going above and beyond to ensure we had hot water when our hot water heater kicked the bucket. I was blown away when another plumber in town could not get to us for 2 weeks and Charlie with In-Sink was at our house the day we called, despite a full schedule. Charlie's pricing is competitive and the quality is top notch. I would not even think twice about considering anyone else for any critical plumbing need! Charlie is honest, personable and knows how to put the customer 1st! Thank you for the outstanding service!!

when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
