After stopping at the store to pickup a new furnace filter for me, he showed up and got to work. I was very impressed with how fast he addressed the problem and fixed it. He then went on and showed me the type of filters to buy and what to stay away from. My furnace is very old and as a result will need to be replaced sometime in the next couple years. So when I change the filter he showed me what to look for so I know when the furnace needs to be replaced. I really liked this guy he came out right away, fixed furnace, offered me free professional advice and charged me next to nothing. He is very honest and reliable. I would and will highly recommend to anyone who seeks a heating/AC professional to work on their project!"

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for.
