My company is dedicated to providing my clients with the very best in fence, gate and excavation services because that is all I do. I take pride in the attention to detail put into each of the projects I am hired for. My goal is to ensure my client is well satisfied with the end product. All of my projects are completed by myself and my crew. I am known for my quality work and the integrity of my business. I do not believe in rush projects but believe in quality work more than quantity of work I take on. My specialty is wrought iron and I offer a large line of designs for Fence Panels, Infield Panels, Pool Fence, Garden Gates, Entry Gates and Gate Automation. All my wrought iron is choice steel and 100% zinc dipped and powder coated. It comes with a 10 year corrosion warranty. I install wood, vinyl. "Kenny and his crew are remarkable. I hired him to remove my popcorn ceilings and repaint my house. While doing that he noticed my electric outlets were outdated-so he replaced those and my attic fan stopped working, so he repaired that. He is very detail oriented and I have been very pleased with his work. Brandi has been great cleaning and helping with everything. I definitely recommend Kenny and Breakout Home Services."

"Other than a late start the team was focused and knowledgeable. They took great care to cleanly remove the damaged flooring and professionally install the replacement. It should be notes that the old flooring was incorrectly glued, making the task very tedious and difficult. The result is that you can't tell where the repair is without knowing its location. Well done."

Driveway Gates questions, answered by experts

Each has its use, depending on the scenario. Security doors are primarily intended to keep people out of the home, while storm doors are used to protect the home from extreme weather. Both tend to be made from heavy-duty metal and may include glass panels to allow light to enter the home. Storm doors can feature mesh screens, just like screen doors, to allow for increased ventilation and to keep out pests. Security doors rarely, if ever, have mesh screens.

Yes, professionals can install gates with locking mechanisms and access control systems for added security.

A DIY manual wooden gate costs $200 to $600 for a basic single-swing gate. If you want to hire a pro, a manual wood gate can cost $400 to $4,000. For automated wood gates, expect to pay $850 to $8,500.

Factors that affect price include the quality of materials, cost of labor, the height of the gate, and the type of gate you need.

A gate shouldn’t be higher or lower than the fence it's attached to. If the gate is lower than the fence, it encourages strangers to peek at your property. If the gate is higher than the fence, it just looks weird. Gates allow for increased security and aesthetics, so ensure the gate rests at the same height as the fence.

Costs depend on system type, labor rates, and additional features like smart integration or professional monitoring.
