I called several places and then I found Dillard RV service. It was after closing left message needing help and he called me back. An even went to my camper and fixed it for my family. Guerrero's Heating & Air ConditioningAfter loosing electical power during a heat wave, my AC did not cool when the power was restored. When the power came back on the AC was blowing hot air. Both techs were professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable. These young men represented their employer well, and it was a joy to have them in our home helping us with out problem. Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!

when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

I paid them repeatedly to come out and fix Freon leaks. Then paid almost 1000 dollars for a new coil. The Freon still leaked. Had another company come out who easily found and fixed the leaks after one visit. The good thing about this business is that they will send you a bill so you don’t have to pay up front. The bad thing is, I feel like I was milked for money on an easily fixed problem.

I had a new Central heating system installed when I bought my home. I had to go through Mississippi power and their program to pay for the unit while paying my electric bill. The person from Thomas Refrigeration inspected the old unit and recommended a size and said the duct work was fine, no need to replace it. After all the paperwork was done they ordered and came to install you unit. Well after taking out the old unit the installer said and I quote "why are y'all buying a new unit? This one would work fine if you clean the coils". AFTER the old unit was out. After the install one side of the house would stay cool while the other was noticeably warmer. After 5 visits over 4 years, a serviceman from Thomas Refrigeration finally admitted that there was not enough pressure pushing air to the main part of my home and 2 lines would need to be run to help. We got the quote and scheduled the line to be put in. Now we are waiting for them to come do the work. "We will be there Tuesday," no show. "Oh I'm sorry, I said Tuesday but wrote down on the calendar Thursday.", Still not here. So to recap, They said we needed a new unit, we didn't. They said the duct work we have is fine, it's not. Said they would be here to add vents, they never showed and never called.

I canceled an appointment to be here on the day repairman was scheduled. No one came or called. I called the next morning and was told the schedule had not been made out for the day and she would call me back. After 3 hours I thought they probably had time to make out a schedule and called back. She said he would be here that afternoon. Repairman came, told me what was wrong, and said he would have his boss call the next day to schedule repair. He did not and has not. I called another company because apparently Tutors did not want my business. The only reason I rated D instead of F is because the repairman was nice. Not his fault company is not responsive.

This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts.
