He arrived on time, painted 2 separate stairways with very high walls on day 1 and then day 2 painted our living room very high ceilings. Overall, could not have had a better experience. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"We had a really good experience.  The crew worked very hard, and did everything we asked.  When some unexpected things come up in regards to replacing a skylight, we improvised and came up with a great solution.  My husband climbed up on the roof to inspect the job, and the crew fixed everything he wanted changed.  When they left, they took every single scrap of trash with them.  Over the last year I have found 2 or 3 roofing tacks they missed, and we have almost 4000 sq. feet of roof. We were very pleased, the roof is beautiful, and we are happy we contracted with them. It was pricey, but we would do it again."

"They have a contractor list. There is always a $75 fee when they have to come out. It took less than an hour. We scheduled a time and they were on time for the day time that they were supposed to come out here. We've had microwaves done, other things, but I can't remember everything we had with this company."
