"I contacted Terry and his son to do some repairs before we sold our house, and they handled everything I threw at them from finishing up an old bathroom remodel of mine to repairing the ceiling and trim in another bathroom. They repaired shingles and roof decking. They removed wood rot and perfectly matched new siding to an exterior wall of my house. They were easy to communicate with and kept my house very tidy, even in the spaces where they were working. Couldn't have been nicer to have around."

"Grant was hired to rebuild a boat dock on a lake. He surveyed the job, planned the job and started exactly when he promised. He discovered a lot of rotten wood when he took up the old dock and adjusted his plans accordingly. He got into the water wearing waders to complete the work. Installing a tongue-and-groove wall requires similar techniques to those associated with installing shiplap. However, because of the precision necessary to make each board fit perfectly and the increased material prices, the cost is higher than that of shiplap installations. Expect to spend between $2 and $6 more per square foot for tongue-and-groove walls versus shiplap ones.

Bump-out additions can extend anywhere from 2 to 15 feet from an existing room. The right size will depend on how you plan to use the new space. For a cantilever bump-out, which doesn't require additional foundation support, the limit is typically 24 inches (2 feet). If a footing and foundation are part of the project, a bump-out can be much larger, even encompassing a whole room. It's also important to remember that many residential properties have limits on the total house size relative to the lot size.

When choosing a drywall anchor, consider the weight of the object you're hanging and how much weight the anchor will need to support. The heavier the weight, the stronger the anchor you'll need. You’ll find the weight capacity on the packaging when shopping for anchors. 

Also, remember that you can use more than one anchor when hanging something on the wall. If you're using multiple anchors, divide the object weight by the number of anchors to determine how much each will need to support.
