Eddy Vasquez, the owner, and his wife both showed up at our agreed upon time for the estimate. Eddy speaks limited English, so his wife translates for him. They were both very nice and answered all the questions I had. He gave me an estimate on the spot and worked with me on the price until we agreed on a price that was lower than the other three estimates I received. Eddy and his crew started on the trees the next week and all work was completed within a day and a half. When I met Eddy's wife at the house to pay her for their services, we walked around the property and she made sure everything was to my liking. "TruckManMemphis, did a great job removing a large, 12’x19’ by 9.5’ tall, all wood pergola that covered my patio. The pergola was not attached to the house, but had been built so it was just a few inches from the gutters. They removed each board individually, including the eight, 6’ x 6’ posts that held it up. They cleaned up the area and loaded all debris on their trailer to haul away. I am very pleased with how they handled this job, that I have already discussed some additional work I want to do. 5 STARS"
