I'm really in the middle ratings-wise, leaning towards "D" but giving the benefit of the doubt... I've had them for about a year and honestly cannot say I'm too impressed. My yard was in good shape grass-wise, but needed some weed control. Sad to say, weeds continue to pop up in my yard, and I've had them out a couple extra times for more treatments. It's obvious the applications miss a lot of spots or are just ineffective. I was expecting to be basically weed free by now, but it is not even close. It's actually no better (or worse) than when I called them last year to start annual service.

In 3 short months, our backyard transformed from being an eyesore to one of pride. Numerous weeds had taken over a weak bermuda turf. We were not expecting to have an attractive yard until next season. Not only are we pleased with the results, Safari's staff and owner have been very courteous and helpful since we first placed our order. We can validate their catchphrase "The Hunt is Over!". No need to search further.

The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. They came out and sprayed my lawn for weeds on time. It has been a little over a week and I see that some of the weeds are dying already. Time will tell how responsive Safari is when I have an issue which requires immediate attention. So far, I'm very satisfied with the service!

Great. I've dealt with a couple of other companies and watched them quickly spread some killer here or there, but not complete coverage. Had to call others back again and again. Watched the Safari application (2 times) ... and both times it was done with great detail and complete coverage. They use a green dye to know what has been covered and what not. Called ahead to say they were coming the next day. Talked through what they were going to do for that application when they got here ... and very pleased. Price was competitive. I've learned that when it comes to this kind of service, you get what you pay for. You go cheap-cheap and you'll still have weeds.

I had concerns about weeds in my yard Tru-green was not able to resolve. I chose this company solely on their rating here. Bad decision. Two lawn care people arrived and only one applied fertilizer based on their seasonal schedule. I caught them as they preparing to leave and asked about my concerns with the weeds. They had no instructions on their paperwork to treat for weeds. The begrudgingly spot treated the areas I pointed out.

They called the day before so I could make sure my dog was put up. They came promptly around 9am and sprayed both front and back yards. My yard is already starting to see less and less weeds already with the first treatment!

When I called Safari, they helped explain what was suddenly causing the issue and what the specific service they had would do to fix the problem. They were very courteous, patient as I asked questions, came to their appointment on time and were well worth the money paid. It was less than $100 to spray 10 - 15 trees.
